Rajasthan Solar Association wants to address a major issue of the Industry i.e. disputes arising between industry members with the government, Company with their clients & within industry disputes.

The purpose of the committee is to resolve disputes & issues between solar industry members and of solar industry with government bodies, PSUs, solar industry consumers- Commercial & Industrial and large scale utility projects.

RSA & Solar industry members will be able to access the DRC when their business interests are hurting and are having a significant effect on the trade operations and revenues. Once the affected business entity presents their case to the DRC, it will be taken up with an appropriate solution agreed by committee members. The resolution may include mutual settlement of concerned parties or legal way or presentation to government for proper way out. The decision of the DRC shall be communicated to the affected parties.
